Fontaine Heritage Antique Auction Details for Friday November 18th 2011:
We will be selling a fabulous collection of Victorian, Oak, Custom Period Furniture.
Also lamps, clocks, pottery, rugs, china, glass, music boxes, paintings, etc. from an
Estates in Chatham, NY, Pittsfield and Richmond. Also items from the Pittsfield Ladies
Club.

Victorian, Formal, Custom and Period Furniture:
Monumental 10’ walnut Victorian
marble top hall tree with huge lion head crest. Super wrap around umbrella stands
with burled columns in fine original finish. (been in the Pittsfield Women’s Club for
decades). Spectacular signed Horner bench carved top to bottom with winged Griffin
arms with cupids, lions, faces in pristine condition. Awesome “fantasy” rocker with
heads, faces , cupids, etc. Wonderful finely carved corner cabinet with large claw and
ball feet and carved crest signed Neumann & Company, New York. (Women’s Club).
Fabulous period federal step down sideboard with massive claws, bronze mounted
Corinthian columns, large back splash with carved eagles, cornucopias and large
basket of fruit. Unusual federal double door china cabinet with bronze mounted
columns, 2-drawer top massive claw feel with 64 individual Paine glass, and large
36” round Rosewood marble top center table with carved medallions, renaissance
3 piece parlor set with claw feet and lady and gentlemen carved posts (probably
New York) Fancy Victorian hall tree with carved walnut deer head crest, sweet
Victorian pedestal with inlaid fifes, large cylinder roll secretary with all over burled
accents and carved crest, 2 fancy renaissance library tables one with Greek key
inlay, Rosewood multi mirror étagère with carved top, Victorian one door curio with
Bombay bottom and bronze ormolu, fine centenial claw and ball low boys with carved
legs and shell carved drawer. Nice 4 section fold out poker table with stretcher base
and cabriole legs. Set of 6 centennial Chippendale claw and ball chairs, nice 19th c
French style hall table with bronze multi shelf back. Fancy multi mirrored étagère
with stick and ball fretwork. Great centenial drop front desk with huge shell carved
lid with claw and ball feet. Fancy Victorian sideboard with carved apples, marble
top ½ commode with carved pull. Large two doors walnut step back bookcase with

fancy Victorian mantel with mirrored back, wonderful gothic style 3 part fire screen
with carved winged griffins, 2 rosewood laminated belter chairs with carved backs,
large oval walnut Brook’s marble top center table. Sweet victorian T black forest
firescreen with oval beveled glass center. Marble top coffee table with griffin’s legs,
nice 4 section stacking bookcase with leaded doors. Super French style lift top show
case with bronze ormolu, Victorian lift top chair table, several marble top tables and
dressers. Carved stand with standing ladies, tall back Hunzinger platform rocker.
Wonderful pair of walnut pedestals with reeded posts, super triple shield back sofa
with carved drape back, fancy leaded door carved breakfront, great 7 drawer inlaid

table with Corinthian columns and claw feet. Awesome federal work table with pull
out desk and carved acanthus base, sweet 6 drawer empire silver chest, federal
